SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization. The role will focus on the development, customization and technical evolution of SailPoint IdentityIQ , working closely with IGA experts and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new functionalities and enhancements in
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) .
Develop and maintain workflows, rules and custom components using Java and BeanShell .
Develop and adapt connectors and integrations with target systems.
Build and maintain integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs .
Troubleshoot complex IIQ issues and support the operations team in resolving development-related incidents.
Support deployments, releases, testing and technical validation .
Contribute to automation, CI/CD and continuous improvement of the IGA platform.
Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.
Requirements
Hands‑on experience with
SailPoint development and customization .
Java and BeanShell skills.
Experience with
REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations .
Experience working with
Git and CI/CD tools .
Knowledge of
Linux environments .
Knowledge of
SQL and relational databases .
Understanding of IGA concepts such as identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications .
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Professional working proficiency in
English .
Nice to have
SailPoint certification.
Experience with
Azure DevOps .
Experience integrating SailPoint with
Active Directory, Entra ID or other enterprise applications .
Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
