At NTT DATA, we are looking for a

SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Administrator – IGA to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization. Key Responsibilities:

Provide

L2 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ. Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and operational tasks related to the IGA platform. Monitor

SailPoint IIQ platform health, scheduled tasks and identity processes . Support provisioning and deprovisioning processes and investigate provisioning failures. Support access certification campaigns and other access governance activities.

Analyze alerts, logs and operational issues and perform initial troubleshooting. Escalate complex technical issues to the SailPoint development team or IGA Lead when required. Support testing, releases and platform changes from an operational perspective.

Maintain operational procedures, runbooks and technical documentation. Participate in knowledge-transfer and continuous improvement activities. Requirements:

Experience providing





L2 support or administration of SailPoint or similar IAM/IGA platforms . Good understanding of

Identity Governance & Administration concepts, including identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications. Knowledge of

Active Directory and LDAP . Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as

ServiceNow, Jira or similar . Good troubleshooting and incident management skills. Professional working proficiency in

English . Nice to have: Hands-on experience with

SailPoint IdentityIQ . Basic knowledge of

Linux and SQL . Experience with

ServiceNow . Knowledge of

Entra ID and hybrid identity environments. SailPoint certification. Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments. What We Offer:
