Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking gamers via live chat, email, and social media channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, account security concerns, and in-game transaction inquiries with precision.




- Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, patches, and tournament events to assist the Esports community effectively.
- Foster positive interactions with the player base, upholding the brand identity of our premium gaming partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging trends or bugs within the gaming environment.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases to streamline support processes for the Italian-speaking market.
- Engage with the Gaming & Esports community to ensure an unparalleled experience for every user.
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Passionate interest in the Gaming & Esports industry with familiarity in popular game titles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with the gaming community.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.
