We are looking for an Head Baker to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute,



learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the Executive Pastry Sous Chef in coordinating daily operations, ensuring recipe standards, product quality, cost control and HACCP compliance. You will support team planning, recruitment, events and financial targets while maintaining Brand Standards and addressing guest dietary requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Bakery operations, supporting the Executive Pastry Sous Chef and ensuring smooth workflows and effective task allocation.
- Oversee recipes, product quality and costs, supporting recipe development, costing and financial targets.
- Monitor stock, inventory and orders, while coordinating with suppliers to ensure product quality and availability.
