We are looking for a Chef de Partie, Pastry to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute,



learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the smooth operation of the Pastry department by coordinating daily production and supporting the Pastry Junior Sous Chef. You will help maintain quality, cost and food safety standards while ensuring compliance with Brand Standards and guest dietary requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Pastry operations and allocate tasks across the team.
- Oversee recipe execution, product quality, consistency and cost control.
- Monitor stock levels, support ordering and inventory, and minimize product waste.
- Ensure the safe use of pastry equipment and compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
- Support event preparation through menu planning, production planning and effective team coordination.
