The position holds a key role participating in or leading process/business improvement activities and projects.FunctionAs a member of ADP’s HR & Talent support team, the Global HR & Talent Client Services Application Support Consultant will be responsible for our global SAP SuccessFactors clients technical support and system maintenance activities.Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for client SAP SuccessFactors system maintenance and configuration changes in certified SuccessFactors modulesOperate as SME evaluating new functionality and client impact during SAP biannual releasesResponsible to support also other activities related to client service such as user training delivery, additional after go-live system configuration activities etc.Co-operate with Global Service lead consultant, collaborate with global teamRespond to client generated tickets – perform troubleshooting tasks, apply break fixRaise tickets to SAP as appropriate, work with SAP processors and engineersParticipate on client ticket review callsAdvise clients on Best Practices within the area of expertiseEducationRequired: Bachelor’s Degree SAP SF Certification in Employee Central and one additional moduleSkills and Relevant Work ExperienceRequired: Fluency in English xcskxlj (oral and written)Strong client service orientationGood analytical skillsAbility to communicatePerfect understanding and practice of HR processing proceduresAbility to work in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong initiative and enthusiasmPC literate (Windows, Excel, Word)SF functional/ technical certification Employee Central 3 or more years previous SFSF implementation or service experienceSAP ERP (ECC6) knowledge is a plusSiebel CRM or knowledge and practice of other Client Relationship Management toolsJob DetailsJob Type: Permanent-FT (AC Only)Category: Client ServiceSalaried: Salaried
