They are looking for a Senior AI & ML Engineer to join their expanding team. In this high-impact technical role, you will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions—applying deep engineering rigor to build and scale reliable systems that solve real-world R&D; challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

Hands-on Development:

Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines, ensuring AI solutions are integrated into robust software architectures.

MLOps Mastery

Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, focusing on automated CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.

Technical Implementation

Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of scalable, maintainable AI solutions aligned with modern best practices.

Agile Delivery & Compliance:

Work within an Agile framework to translate research into predictable production value while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.

Business Advisory

Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements.

What they are looking for:

Experience

5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering,



with significant hands-on experience in AI/ML and technical leadership.

Technical Excellence

Advanced proficiency in

Python and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices.

MLOps & Cloud:

Hands-on experience with

Azure ML or Databricks , CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and monitoring AI systems in production.

Collaboration

Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both tech and non-tech stakeholders.

Languages

Professional fluency in

English

(French is a strong plus).

Nice to Have

Exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the fragrance & flavor/FMCG industry.
