Join a high-impact leadership role where pricing is a key driver of business performance, growth and transformation. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a critical role in accelerating pricing maturity, driving profitable growth and embedding a modern, value-based pricing culture across the region. Develop and execute a value-based pricing strategy that supports regional commercial objectives, profitability targets, and sustainable growth.

Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior business leaders to influence strategic decisions and maximize commercial opportunities.

Drive pricing transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and the implementation of digital pricing tools.

Establish and oversee pricing governance, including pricing policies, discount frameworks, controls, and approval processes.

Ensure consistency and alignment across pricing, tendering, and contract management activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in Pricing,



Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or related commercial functions

Fluency in English plus Italian or Spanish

Location: Rome is the preferred location for this role due to the highly specific nature of the Italian market and the need for close engagement with key stakeholders and teams based in Italy. Candidates based in Madrid will be considered if they bring significant exposure to the Italian market, experience working with Italian teams, and are willing to travel regularly to Rome, particularly during the onboarding period and key business milestones.
