What would you do?- Lead and coordinate customer deployment projects from planning through market launch, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.- Drive the implementation and adoption of standardized project management processes across the European Deployment team.- Identify project risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement, taking proactive action to keep projects on track.- Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into clear operational plans and solutions.- Partner with Product, Technical Deployment, and other stakeholders to solve customer needs and ensure alignment.- Analyze operational and project data to identify insights, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, influencing decisions and negotiating solutions when needed.- Support the development of the Deployment team by sharing knowledge, strengthening project management capabilities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Your experience has been shaped by- Proven experience leading and managing projects end-to-end.- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align different interests.- A strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.- Experience designing, implementing,
