As a Contract Expert, you act as the neutral guardian of contractual terms within Airbus Helicopters. You will operate in a new Center of Excellence, protecting profitability and embedding a strong contract culture across units. You will interpret Tu0026amp;Cs, manage strategic claims, and advise on risk-mitigating strategies while staying connected to operations. Responsabilidades
• Expertise in complex contract drafting and aerospace/defense Tu0026Cs
• Understanding of contractual impact on margin and financial performance
• Operational independence and integrity to act as a neutral counter-power
• Strong collaboration and ability to influence within matrix organizations
• Proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies (LBIP+) and CLM tools
• Fluent English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is advantageous
