Experteer Overview
As an Operations Technology Consultant, you drive MES strategy and delivery across a general manufacturing network. You will own the MES roadmap, translate business needs into system requirements, and coordinate improvements with cross-functional teams. Your work ensures reliable, efficient manufacturing through standardization and proactive incident management. This role combines IT and operations to shape MES-driven value across 60+ sites, with a clear impact on performance and ESG-aligned goals.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing IT/OT
• Experience with MES, ERP solutions, and system integrations in manufacturing
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities
• Hands-on, analytical problem-solving mindset with strong communication
• Fluent in English (C1+) and willingness to travel up to 30%
