The Role
The overarching purpose of this role is to drive performance through strong leadership of an established team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve their sales targets
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share
Monitoring individual and team performance metrics, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve sales effectiveness
Setting clear achievable sales goals and objectives;
regularly assessing andadjusting these goals as needed
Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and fostering skill
