The adecuado candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, with hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications and working with Large Language Models (LLMs). Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Scikit-Learn for Machine Learning development.
- Experience developing, validating, and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.
- Solid knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation techniques, cross-validation, and overfitting prevention, as well as version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Proven experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Develop, train, and deploy robust Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Build, optimize, and maintain predictive models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers,



Product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Participate in MLOps and LLMOps processes, including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Implement embeddings, vector search solutions, and LLM evaluation frameworks to ensure performance and reliability.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.
