Senior Graphic Designer | Signage & Print

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Malaga.

This is a hands-on role covering both large and small format print, suited to someone with strong design skills and a solid understanding of prepress and production.

As a senior member of the design team, you’ll also help manage workflow, support other designers and ensure jobs move efficiently from design through to production.

The role

You’ll work across large and small format design and production using Adobe Creative Suite.

The role includes

Graphic design and artwork setup

Prepress and file preparation

Imposition, nesting and panelling

Cut paths and double-sided artwork setup

Preparing files around specific production and finishing requirements

Reviewing supplied artwork and resolving production issues

Supporting the design team with more complex or technical jobs

You’ll also place orders directly with our approved wholesale suppliers when required, ensuring artwork, quantities and specifications are correct before ordering.

You can work on Mac or PC and we’ll provide your preferred setup.

ShopVOX and workflow

ShopVOX is at the centre of our workflow.

You’ll use ShopVOX to manage jobs, assist with estimating and quoting,



and turn customer and sales information into clear design and production briefs.

As part of the senior role, you’ll help keep the design workflow organised, manage priorities and ensure the team has the information required before work begins.

What we’re looking for

Strong Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skills

Previous experience in signage, commercial print, prepress or production design A good understanding of large and small format production requirementsi

Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple jobs at different stages of production

Confidence working within established systems and processes The ability to manage priorities and support other designers

Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to provide guidance on more complex jobs

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their workload and contribute to keeping the wider design department organised and moving.

What we offer

Full-time position based in Malaga

$80,000 to $90,000 plus super

Mac or PC setup provided

Senior position within the design team

Exposure to a broad range of commercial print and signage projects
