To reinforce the local branch on Mallorca, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. The workplace is currently situated in S'Arenal and will move to Llucmajor in January. This is a full-time, strictly on-site role on the island with direct collaboration with our corporate headquarters in Germany.

In this role, you take charge of the ongoing financial administration and ensure seamless financial operations across the portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Handling ongoing financial accounting and recording incoming as well as outgoing invoices
- Auditing and booking day-to-day business transactions and managing bank accounts and payment runs
- Performing account reconciliations, clearing open items, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to German accounting principles
- Coordinating closely with the German headquarters, tax consultants, and external business partners
- Managing general commercial and administrative office tasks within the Mallorca office





You bring solid professional competence, strong analytical abilities, and precision to your daily accounting work. To thrive in this position, you should have:

- A completed commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by advanced training in financial accounting
- Proven practical experience in accounting or financial bookkeeping
- Confident, mandatory proficiency in DATEV as well as sound knowledge of German accounting practices
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, with particular emphasis on Excel
- Fluent German language skills in speech and writing; Spanish language skills are beneficial but not mandatory
- An autonomous, structured, and meticulous approach to work, alongside absolute discretion and numerical acumen
