As a Senior Product Owner, you will take end-to-end ownership of products across the Commercial & Supply area, defining the vision, shaping strategic roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data experts, and corporate functions to maximize the impact of product investments.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Owner, you will bridge business strategy and product execution, ensuring that product decisions are driven by measurable outcomes and aligned with organizational priorities.

- Define the strategy: Establish a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with commercial and operational objectives.
- Prioritize business value: Evaluate opportunities, balance competing priorities, and make informed trade-off decisions based on value, impact, and strategic fit.
- Own value realization: Build business cases, assess ROI, and quantify expected and realized business value throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholders: Collaborate with business leaders,



technology teams, Legal, Compliance, and other corporate functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Drive adoption: Lead rollout, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities to maximize product adoption and business impact.
- Measure outcomes: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize product direction based on measurable results.
- Enable cross-functional execution: Work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to turn strategy into scalable solutions.

What You'll Bring

You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven track record of managing products from ideation through adoption and value realization. You understand that products are business investments and focus on outcomes rather than outputs.

- Extensive experience managing digital, technology, data, or AI-driven products.
- Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions, including senior leadership.
- Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, and value realization frameworks.
- Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.




- Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Governance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Fluent English.

Nice to Have

- Experience managing Data, Analytics, AI, or Machine Learning products.
- Good understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and digital ecosystems.
