Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and evolve the Workday reporting and analytics stack to deliver actionable HR insights across a global organization. You’ll bridge HR technology, analytics, and governance to empower leaders with trusted data. You will design scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows that improve decision-making and self-service capabilities. You’ll work closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex questions into clear, data-driven answers. This position offers the chance to shape the HR analytics ecosystem at a fast-growing, international company.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own and continually enhance Workday reporting ecosystem (custom reports, calculated fields, report groups, dashboards, Discovery Boards, BIRT reports)
• Deliver accurate, timely workforce insights to HR leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across headcount, turnover, compensation, talent, recruiting, payroll, and workforce planning
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility and data-informed decisions
• Expand analytics capabilities beyond Workday with Power BI, Databricks, and other modern tools
• Design interactive dashboards and cross-functional reports combining data from multiple HR and business systems




• Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate report development, documentation, and data quality
• Drive standardization and governance by documenting logic, data lineage, refresh schedules, and consolidating reporting solutions across the organization
• Maintain data accuracy, security, and SOX compliance in reporting processes
• Collaborate with Workday functional teams, HR Operations, and governance stakeholders to align with enterprise standards

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience developing reporting solutions within Workday
• Strong experience building Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard design
• SQL skills and understanding of relational data structures
• Experience with HR, workforce, or people data
• Exposure to Databricks or cloud-based analytics platforms
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like Copilot to enhance productivity
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Collaborative, proactive, analytical mindset with attention to data governance and accuracy
• Global/cross-functional work experience
• Workday Report Writer Certification is preferred
