What will you do?
Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling




Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Conduct needs analyses and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client objectives
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successfully closing new business
Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer success handover
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value

Candidate profile
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role
Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and the online advertising ecosystem
Experience in consultative sales and lead qu
