Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with strong technical leadership capabilities to design build and deliver scalable production-ready software and AI-enabled solutions. The idóneo candidate will drive architectural decisions mentor engineering teams and work across the full technology stack to solve complex business challenges. The candidate should be based out of Madrid and open to travel.

What You Will Do Lead architecture technology selection and engineering best practices for enterprise applications. Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions across frontend backend cloud and data layers. Build secure high-performance APIs (REST/GraphQL) and distributed systems.

Architect cloud-native solutions and implement CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation. Develop and oversee AI-powered applications including LLM integrations evaluation frameworks guardrails and agent-based workflows. Ensure software quality security scalability and operational excellence.

Mentor engineers and promote a strong engineering culture across teams. Collaborate with product managers designers business stakeholders and client leadership to deliver measurable business value.

What You Bring Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience developing scalable full-stack applications.



Strong expertise in modern technology stacks such as Frontend React Angular Next.js Vue.js JavaScript/TypeScript Backend Node.js Java/Spring C# Databases SQL and NoSQL Cloud AWS Azure and/or GCP DevOps Docker Jenkins CircleCI CI/CD tools Experience designing secure APIs and microservices architectures. Hands-on expertise with cloud-native architecture IaC and zero-downtime deployments.

Experience building AI-enabled applications LLM-based solutions and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Strong understanding of application security OAuth/OIDC testing and performance optimization. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills Experience working in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery environments. Expertise across multiple cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of distributed systems scalability patterns and engineering governance. Passion for mentoring innovation and continuous learning.
