What you will do:
- Provide first-line onsite or remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues under supervision.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new workplaces, including cabling and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain basic hardware and software components, including operating systems and standard applications.
- Document all support activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Support system rollouts, migrations, and updates under supervision.
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets and replace defective hardware components under guidance.

What you bring & who you are:
- Student in final years or recent graduate in Computer Science,



Technical Engineering, Systems Administration, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software (Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with remote support tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changes.
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
- Fluent in English (intermediate-advanced proficiency); German is a plus.
