As a Technical Customer Service Representative at CGS Nexus, you will be in direct contact with our customers, helping them find solutions to their technical issues and making sure they receive a positive support experience. Languages We are currently hiring for several language teams. You should have: Advanced level in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or DutchIntermediate level of English Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly What we're looking for: 1 years+ of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support High School Diploma or equivalent Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows, PC hardware and software Good verbal, written and listening skills Willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge Ability to work towards quality, productivity and attendance targets Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail What you'll do: Troubleshoot,
