As a Distributed Systems Engineer on the profiling team, you help design, build, and evolve core services that power continuous profiling at scale. You work with cross-functional squads to move ideas from exploration to impactful product experiences, delivering production-grade systems with strict reliability and SLOs. You engage with internal and external stakeholders to consume profiling data through UI, tools, and integrations.
This role blends performance, scale, and collaboration to help customers optimize workloads and understand runtime behavior. You’ll join a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and hybrid-work balance, with a clear mission to advance observability in theAI
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design, build and contribute to core profiling services at scale
- Participate in multi-disciplinary squads and iterate with customers
- Own code from development to production and meet SLOs/quality gates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable data consumption via UI, tools, integrations and partner products
Responsabilidades
- Experience with Java and/or Go essential
- Distributed systems engineer with experience building high performance large scale systems
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Ability to review architectural proposals and guide technical trade-offs
- Experience working with AI coding agents xugodme to produce performant and maintainable results
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams
- Working knowledge of statistical methods (nice to have)
