Aloja builds dynamic pricing infrastructure for the Experience Industry (tours, attractions, excursions). The Role We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead to own Aloja's external voice — from content and SEO strategy to partnerships, campaigns, and brand consistency. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can both set the strategy and execute hands-on, working closely with Sales and Customer Success to keep messaging aligned across the company. Responsibilities: Partnerships & Content Distribution * Coordinate with external partners (PR agencies, industry publications, affiliate/referral partners) to distribute and syndicate Aloja-authored content * Manage placements for podcast ads, sponsored content,



and related media opportunities * Build and maintain relationships with media and industry contacts relevant to Aloja's positioning * Own SEO strategy and execution across Aloja's website and content properties * Build and maintain a content calendar spanning blog, email, and social channels * Develop lead magnets and other inbound marketing assets * Review marketing and on-site copy for quality, consistency, and brand voice Brand & Communications * Act as a spokesperson for Aloja in video and other media as needed * Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all external-facing materials * Keep marketing messaging aligned with Sales and Customer Success Campaigns & Analytics * Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels * Track and report on key metrics: traffic, lead generation, engagement, and campaign performance Events & Creative Support * Support planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and related activities * Create marketing collateral (flyers, one-pagers, event materials), partnering with design specialists on more complex work General * Take on other marketing and communica
