Position Summary The Logistic Specialist reports directly to the Production Director and is responsible for ensuring End-to-End delivery performance. The role focuses on securing successful and on-time deliveries of both Equipment and Spare Parts to internal and external customers, while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across warehousing and logistics activities. Responsibilities - Secure process alignment within the local shipping team in accordance with global JBT Marel standards. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on shipping operations, productivity, carrier integration, service quality, and delivery performance.



- Initiate corrective and preventive actions where necessary. - Monitor and support the analysis of End-to-End delivery performance to ensure strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved. - Monitor and analyze monthly freight costs, explain financial developments, and approve carrier invoices. - Ensure compliance with financial, customs, and export regulations, including Export Registration, HS Codes, Incoterms, Country of Origin, and Certificates. - Manage outbound shipments of Equipment and Spare Parts to JBT Marel sales offices, distributors, technicians, and end customers using various transportation modes, including Air, Sea, Rail, Road, and Parcel services. - Support Procurement and Manufacturing teams on inbound logistics flows from external suppliers. - Support the General Logistics Director with logistics and supply chain improvement projects.
