About the Role We are looking for a HR & People Generalist to join their team in Spain, who will have a focus on structuring their human resource needs across Spain and being the expert on Spanish Law from a HR and employment perspective. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll & benefits, company policy, procedure adherence and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities * Providing guidance and support to the employees & managers on end-to-end HR-related queries processes * Help to educate Managers on all people matters, including legal implications of not following a proper process, and monitoring their execution of agreed plans. * Preparing HR documentation and files,
