We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager fluent in Spanish to join our team. In this role, youll play a key role in growing and managing our affiliate network, helping drive performance and building long lasting partnerships. What youll do * Recruit and onboard new affiliates/IBs (introducing brokers or partners), and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates. * Monitor and manage affiliate programs and activity ensuring campaigns perform well and stay aligned with company standards. * Communicate with affiliates: answer questions, resolve issues, negotiate contracts or renewals, and ensure partners are supported. * Search for affiliate or traffic networks, negotiate cooperation agreements, and build strategic partnerships with networks and affiliates. * Create proposals for affiliate relationships, including estimating return on investment (ROI), and prepare promotional materials/briefs for affiliate campaigns where needed.
* Monitor performance data and sales reports to assess whether campaigns are producing expected results optimize or discontinue campaigns as needed. * Analyse demographic and market data to identify emerging markets or opportunities for network expansion. * Work with the creative/marketing team to prepare promotional assets and coordinate international events, exhibitions, or industry meetups when representing the company.
