Solution Project Manager - Finance Transformation

We are looking for a Solution Project Manager to join an international Finance Transformation program, leading initiatives related to ERP platforms, financial processes, and connected enterprise applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end projects, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, managing stakeholders across multiple levels, and driving the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.

You will work within a integral environment, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business teams on large-scale transformation programs with significant organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate transformation projects from planning through delivery and go-live.
- Manage stakeholders across different levels of the organization, including analysts, end users, managers, and executive sponsors.
- Coordinate functional, technical, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project planning, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
- Support project governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Participate in ERP-related initiatives, integrations, and connected application landscapes.
- Coordinate testing and deployment activities, including SIT, UAT, change requests, and go-live planning.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Project Manager in IT environments.
- Experience delivering projects involving ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP ecosystems.
- Knowledge or experience within Finance processes and transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of application lifecycle activities such as testing, deployments, and release management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.




- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Motivated to learn and grow within end-to-end transformation programs.

Nice to Have

- Experience with EPM solutions.
- Knowledge of Tagetik.
- Previous exposure to Finance Transformation programs.
- Experience working in complex international environments.
- Spanish language skills.

Conditions

- Location: European Union.
- Preferred location: Barcelona.
- Work model: Remote.
- Candidates based in Barcelona who are available to attend the office occasionally will be highly valued.
- Start date: Mid-November.
- Project: Long-term.
- Contract via Huxley.
