About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to support the rapid growth of our utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business across North America. This position will play a critical role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale energy storage projects, including customer agreements, supplier contracts, and strategic risk mitigation. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience supporting large MWh-scale BESS projects and possesses a strong understanding of BESS supplier contracting, commercial and certain technical negotiations, project execution risks, and the evolving regulatory and policy landscape impacting the energy storage industry, including FEOC compliance,
