Your role

As a Regional Customer Solutions Manager-PAL, your mission is to proactively performing green energy product demonstrations (Stage V, Hybrid power products, ESS) in Spain, Portugal, Italy to lead brown and green field transformation in South Europe Region. You will report to Regional Business Line Manager PAL

You will

- Delivering hands-on experience and application solutions to our customers for our green technology power products in the market.
- Close cooperation with the PC to understand the know-how of new technology products and continuously introduce them to our South Europe market.
- Close cooperation with power BLM, BDMs and area sales managers to increase their level of competence on our sustainability power products and support them to explore unknown markets with your product and application knowledge.
- Assuming customer centricity approach to enhance application knowledge of our customers.
- Preparing strong business cases and training materials to find and convince lookalike customers adapt into green energy solutions based on your learnings and experience in the market.
- Support sustainable business growth via training power dealers in the region.
- Support activities related to acceleration of green energy transformation in South Europe region.
- Making feasibility analysis for big power projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of industrial communication protocols (CAN, RS-485, etc.).
- Knowledge of applications and products related to energy storage systems and Stage V generator sets will be highly valued.
- Passionate about demonstrating and learning new technologies.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Ability to teach and train stakeholders.




- Ability to transform real market applications and learnings into strong business cases including TCO, savings and equipment life cycle cost calculations.
- Being a team player and used to experience different cultures.
- No restrictions to travel in the region, more than 70%

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Customer Center in Madrid; Zaragoza, Spain (ES).
