About the Role Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced VP Sales & Revenue – Hotels & Resorts to lead the commercial strategy across our growing hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO – Hotels & Resorts, this executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing commercial performance, and building a scalable Sales & Revenue organization to support the expansion of our portfolio from 10 to 30 properties. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the integral Sales & Revenue strategy across the Hotels & Resorts portfolio. * Build and lead a high-performing, scalable commercial organization. * Set commercial objectives, KPIs, and performance standards across all properties.



* Partner closely with General Managers, Marketing, Finance, Development, and Operations to maximize business performance. * Represent the company at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events. Lead the commercial strategy across all revenue-generating channels, including: * MICE * Corporate & Global Key Accounts * Representation Offices * Luxury Consortia * Wholesalers & Bedbanks * OTA Partnerships Drive strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and optimize channel performance while protecting rate integrity and profitability. Revenue Management * Lead the group-wide Revenue Management strategy. * Oversee pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and segmentation. * Implement best practices and scalable commercial systems across the portfolio. * Monitor RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue performance while ensuring consistent commercial standards.
