* Lead and collaborate on initiatives to improve test coverage and release velocity * Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle * Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks * Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices * Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions Requirements: * Hold a master's degree in software development or a related field * Have extensive experience in several of the following domains: * - Network communication and related security * - Embedded software * - Test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jmeter)
