Purpose of the Role
The People Business Partner (PBP) is a strategic partner to the SITA for Aircraft (SFA) leadership team, responsible for translating SFA’s business priorities into impactful People strategies. In a technology-led, geographically distributed business unit, the role shapes organisational capability, enables transformation and ensures the People agenda is fully embedded in how SFA grows and operates.
What makes SFA particular
A technology- and product-led organization, where scarce skills (software, cloud, data and AI, and infrastructure) drive the talent agenda. Two main hubs (Barcelona and Montréal) complemented by teams in Europe, India, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and the Americas, working across multiple time zones, entities and local employment frameworks.
A mix of operating models under one business unit: product and engineering teams, customer service and operations teams, Project management Office, Finance organization and a commercial organisation on sales incentive plans. Innovation and new-business initiatives (e.g. Startup Track teams) that need to be scaled while staying connected to the SITA culture.

- Partner with the Recruitment COE to ensure a strong pipeline of internal and external talent, , in competitive technology markets.
Leadership & Culture Development
