Responsibilities * Manage configuration and product documentation throughout the entire product lifecycle. * Ensure requirements traceability and consistency across specifications, risk assessments, testing, and technical documentation. * Oversee change control, version management, and baselines. * Coordinate document reviews and approval processes.



* Support risk management, quality assurance, and design control activities. * Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Development, and Requirements Engineering teams. * Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements & Qualifications * Strong SAP experience – TOP PRIORITY / ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT. * Experience in Configuration Management, Document Control, or Change Management. * Background in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Diagnostics, IVD, or Pharma. * Knowledge of requirements management, traceability, and quality processes. * Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, Windchill, Jama, PTC Integrity, or similar platforms is a plus. * This is not a development-focused role.
