What youll do Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance Investigate diagnose and resolve technical issues Support engineers remotely when required Read and interpret technical documentation manuals diagrams and schematics Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Contribute to issue resolution and continuous service improvement What were looking for Technical background (Vocational Training Technical Degree or equivalent)



Advanced English level (C1 or higher) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems Self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently Nice to have Experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus Linux and Windows environments Network configuration and troubleshooting Server installation and administration PLC programming Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams blueprints and schematics Troubleshooting PLC VFD and HMI systems ITIL certification Industrial printing knowledge Working schedule Monday to Friday from 900 to 1800 or from 1000 to 1900 plus 1 weekend per month (600 to 1800).
