Job Description The Account & Business Development Manager - Medical is a senior commercial role responsible for managing existing business and accelerating profitable growth in that segment, with an existing focus on drug delivery and connected health. The role combines strategic account management & business. It requires deep industry expertise, a strong network across the relevant value chain and the ability to translate customer needs, technology trends and business dynamics into differentiated value propositions for customers and Delrin®. The successful candidate will build trusted, long-lasting relationships with crucial stakeholders, create and execute strategic account plans,



and mobilize the general Delrin organization across Marketing, Sales and Technology & Innovation. This person is a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality who is curious by nature, drives innovation and consistently turns insight into action and measurable value.
