Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in an Architecture, Lead Engineer, or Technical Design role.
- Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or similar valuable.
- Proven experience designing and governing Modern Workplace solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
- Experience defining technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and long-term workplace strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions supporting business growth, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce expansion.




- Experience driving automation initiatives through APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, or AI-driven workplace solutions.
- Strong focus on end-user experience, productivity, adoption, and service quality improvements.
- Experience leading technology evaluations and strategic technology decisions.

Desirable Requirements

- Experience with JAMF and Apple device management.
- Experience with workplace security architecture and endpoint security integration.
- Knowledge of workplace automation and self-service design principles.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
- Understanding of meeting room technologies, such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
- Higher Technician qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration or a similar field.
