Role: Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant
Location: Malaga, Spain — On-site
Start Date: 1 November, 2026

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary 21.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: rotating schedule Monday - Sunday, between 08:00 - 19:00

Relocation Support

Receive up to 500€ as a bonus to cover your relocation expenses. This amount will be included in your payroll during your first or second full month.

About the Role

As a Fashion Support Consultant on our team, you will:

- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.




- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
- Understand and comply with administrative duties

Requirements

- Proficient or bilingual in Finnish with an advanced level of English or Spanish

- Have excellent communication skills and adaptability

- Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' need

- EU passport or valid Spanish Residence Card

- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends when required
