Position: Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in Human Resources.
- Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments.
- Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations,
compensation, or talent).
- Native or fluent in Spanish.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
- Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
