Position: Consulting Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in management and strategy consulting to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Develop workspaces and files that simulate real consulting environments in Spain.
- Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on authentic consulting tasks.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications





Must-Have

- 5+ years in management or strategy consulting.
- Native or fluent in Spanish.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
- Experience with strategy, operations, and transformation work for clients in Spain.
