Position: Legal Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop workspaces and files for AI agents to simulate realistic legal tasks.
- Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on vigente legal work in Spain.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models in handling Spanish legal content.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model reasoning and output quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and project goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of legal practice.
- Native or fluent in Spanish.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
- Practicing in Spain, ideally a member of a Spanish bar association (colegiado).
- Deep knowledge of Spanish civil, commercial, or employment law.
