ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to build scalable, secure server-side solutions and a reusable client integration system for a mission-critical SaaS platform.
MUST HAVES - 5+ years of SaaS experience.
- High level of proficiency in Java and SQL .
- Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture .
- Dev Ops mindset of automation and continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of observability and familiarity with strong CI/CD practices.
- A proven ability to meet deadlines, motivate others, and consistently produce high-quality, impactful results.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
NICE TO HAVES - Experience building software in the cloud (AWS preferred).
- Front-end experience (Java Script, Type Script, ReactJS).
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build a cleanly designed, reusable client integration system adhering to secure cloud software best practices, from start to finish.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines.
- Plan and accurately estimate construction and delivery timelines.
- Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.




- Review code submitted by other software engineers and submit your own code for review as part of the pull-request deployment process.

Requirements Strong business analysis and requirements-management experience of at least 4 years.
Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements workshops.
Experience assessing and rationalizing an existing reporting or analytics portfolio.
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured business and functional requirements.
Experience developing process maps, requirements documentation, reporting inventories, and roadmaps.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify duplication, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for simplification.
Ability to operate across business, technology, data, and risk stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive requirements through ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities.
