You will work in collaboration with experts from different disciplines, providing your technical expertise in projects with a high level of responsibility.
We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence: Law Degree (LL.B. or equivalent).8-10 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, preferably gained at a leading law firm and/or an international company.

Supporting and coordinating legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be responsible for: Provide ongoing legal advice on corporate and commercial law in corporate restructurings and group reorganization projects.
Act as Secretary to Boards of Directors and support corporate governance activities.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
Participate in corporate transactions and M&A; deals, including due diligence processes, negotiation, and execution of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
Coordinate with external legal advisors and provide legal support to different business areas across the Group.
Lead, coordinate, and manage a team of 3-4 lawyers
