Descripción del empleo • Learn to prepare of the daily service and the mise-en-place.
• Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and the kitchenware.
• Learn to appropriate use of work machines and individual protection equipment.
• Correct storage of the prepared products in the appropriate chamber and identification of the preparation date.
• Annotating the necessary products for the next service.
• Proper order, cleaning, and maintenance of your work area.
• Compliance with the environmental policy.
Requisitos • Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date.
No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic,



and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
Información adicional ¿Qué ofrecemos?
Study allowance of 600 euros Gross per month.
