Missions

• Ensures the product design and product industrialization including associated tools (moulds, checking fixtures, validation equipment, etc.) within the QCT requirements (non-event launches, robust manufacturing)

• Ensures cross functional management of the extended team

• Ensures lessons learned

Activities:

Product design & validation:

• Works according to HSE requirements

• Can be involved in upstream phases of the project (expertise phase, acquisition phase)

• Analyses Customer Needs and Draw-up PO Specifications

• Defines the concepts of the product design to meet customers specifications and GD&T; and ensure that the Plastic Omnium standard conception rules are respected

• Ensures that the design for manufacturing (assembly, paint, plant & packaging) are fulfilled
