Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Director to spearhead new business development efforts for our AI infrastructure and Data-Centric Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). This senior-level role is adecuado for a strategic sales leader with deep industry expertise, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven ability to engage large-scale datacenter and hyperscale customers.





The successful candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in technology sales and business development, with a strong focus on AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and data center infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Supermicro’s presence in the AI market by securing key partnerships across datacenter users, owners, operators, and builders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across Supermicro’s AI infrastructure offerings, including DCBBS.

• Engage prospective clients and partners with consultative insight, aligning solutions with their AI workload and infrastructure objectives.

• Lead full-cycle project efforts—from prospecting and executive engagement to proposal development and deal closure.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Logistics) to deliver integrated solutions.
