Your role * Customer service: Put the customer at the centre, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. * Store management: Help maintain the store according to Meller standards, keeping the space organised, clean, and reflective of our brand identity. * Daily operations: Support product replenishment, store maintenance, and cash register operations with accuracy. * Teamwork: Collaborate with the Store Manager and the team, ensuring everyone gives their best in every customer interaction. * Brand ambassador: Connect with customers, conveying the energy, authenticity, and uniqueness of Meller. What we’re looking for * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.
