The Day-to-Day * Lead all finance, accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, regulatory compliance and other related activities for the Spain operations and oversee those activities for our Chilean Entity. * Ensure local statutory compliance, tax filings, regulatory reporting. * Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, government authorities and advisors while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and approval authorities. * Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections,
