Responsibilities * Ensure administrative management and sales analysis for the commercial department. * Ensure compliance with commercial agreements between the company and the client. * Act as the main point of contact between the client and the different divisions of the company. * Handle customer complaints as efficiently and quickly as possible. * Prepare the necessary documentation for the negotiation phase. * Manage client accounts and monitor the status of accounts receivable. * Ensure that customer demand (in terms of delivery date and quantity) is fully met. * Execute all administrative operations related to shipments, including transportation. * Identify bottlenecks and plan appropriate actions to resolve them, communicating them to all relevant departments within the plant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
