In this role you guide Factorial’s largest Spanish clients as a trusted advisor, driving satisfaction, retention, and sustainable revenue growth. You manage a high-value portfolio, leverage data-driven plans, and advocate for client needs to shape adoption and product feedback. You work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and share best practices across the group.
