- You will prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, for sale or rent (networking, press, database, Internet ...), by analyzing certain basic parameters: asset situation, environment, prices, etc.- You will be involved in the negotiation of exclusive marketing mandates. You will in charge of managing the whole marketing process until the lease contract signature.- Once the mandate has been confirmed, the consultant will be responsible for developing the Business Plan for each of the assets under his / her responsibility.- You will be focused on the identification of possible tenants for each mandate. To be eligible for this role you would need:- To have completed a university degree in law, business or similar.- Three years of experience in a similar position.- An advanced level of English and Spanish.- Be a planned and decisive person, with the capacity for negotiation and initiative.- Familiarity with using
